LINC 3.0 (Leaders in INdustry-university Cooperation) is a government-led initiative aimed at fostering talent in emerging technology fields and building a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem through collaboration between universities, industries, and research institutions. The Entrepreneurship Education University, in particular, serves as a platform to strengthen entrepreneurial capabilities within universities and provide students with practical, hands-on entrepreneurship education.
