mBaaS is constantly striving for its employees, families, and customers.

Monday sickness and commuting stress, called chronic illness of office workers. Mbas introduced remote work to improve employee convenience and work efficiency. In addition, we are striving to improve the working environment and communicate smoothly with remote teams by receiving "comprehensive home work consulting" to create a better work environment when working remotely.

We also strive for women. The Busanjin Women's Human Resources Development Center and the Women's New Work Center sought ways to support women's employment and signed an "Agreement to Support Women's Employment Maintenance" to build a cooperative system, and an "agreement for women-friendly businesses" to actively hire women so that women can reach their full potential. We will strive to recognize and support the value of women's workforce, and strive to be a working environment where we can build a richer career.

Finally, we are preparing to certify a family-friendly company, a project that balances employees' work and life, actively supports growth and development, and creates an environment where families can work with confidence.

Rather than just running a business, we want to contribute to having a positive impact on society where everyone can be happy and satisfied.
